I am an Italian nail tech in Miami since 2006. Nail care is essential in the way I work. An aspect that I ALWAYS take into consideration, is my table protocol. There are some requirements that I consider basic when you come to meet with me: 1) free toxic chemicals 2) vegan 3) vitamins added 4) cruelty free Additionally, the shape is a defining component. FIRST TIME
* if you are my client but you have services not performed by me you are FIRST TIME
As “first time” you must select FULL SET OVERLAY or FULL SET EXTENSION
SOAK-OFF is required
(Semipermanente and Apres Gel X are NOT considered FIRST TIME)
DELAY
You are over 10 minutes late a fee of $50 will be charged at your check-out and not all scheduled services guaranteed.
NO-SHOWS + CANCELLATIONS
You did not cancel/reschedule 24hours in advance, will result in 50% charge of scheduled services.
You no-showed, will result in 100% charge of scheduled services.
When scheduling, a credit card is required to hold your appointment.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment and 24 hours before to remind. (Please confirm clicking the link)
Example: If you have an appointment scheduled Wednesday at 12 pm, you would need to notify us and cancel before 12 pm on Tuesday.
